We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the goods due to the quality, you may return them to us providing your return adheres to the return policy laid out below. We will only accept returns within 7 days of receipt of goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. Original item must be returned and new order placed. Please read the following instructions for details:
1.Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2.We cannot accept you to return merchandise for shoes' size.
3.In the case of shipping damages please contact our customer service before item is returned.
4.Within 7 days of receipt for items, If you want to refund as personal reason,pay for all transportation expenses yourself.
5.Within 12 hours of ordered the items, we will send you a tracking number as soon as possible,we can cancel your order if you wish to cancel.
6.Within 24 hours of ordered the items, if the package has already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order; if the package has not been delivered we can cancel or change the order.
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that if Timberland returns process is not followed, we are not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
